USTT NEWS

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oracle
(Nasdaq: ORCL) today announced that USA Technologies, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: USTT), a leading provider of wireless, cashless,
micro-transactions and networking services, has selected Oracle(R) E-Business
Suite Special Edition over SAP's Business One to improve integration and
collaboration among its diverse business functions. Working with
ThoughtDigital, an authorized reseller of the Oracle applications offering,
USA Technologies made the decision to invest in Oracle to better enable it to
provide global customers such as Sony Electronics, PepsiCo, Marriott Hotels
and the Federal Government with accurate, timely information and the highest
possible levels of service and satisfaction.

Anticipating the company's continued growth, USA Technologies is working
with ThoughtDigital to make the transition to Oracle E-Business Suite Special
Edition. The company evaluated solutions from Oracle and SAP and chose Oracle
over SAP because the Oracle solution provided a fully-integrated and scalable
system that allows it to streamline business processes across accounting,
customer service, sales, and engineering.
"We are a midsize business growing rapidly. As we looked to migrate from
our legacy system, we needed an enterprise quality solution able to automate
our business process and easily scale with our needs," said Dave DeMedio, CFO,
USA Technologies. "ThoughtDigital helped us chose Oracle's solution to
provide our management with real-time access to business and operational
indicators. This enables us to more effectively service our global customer
base and more efficiently work with our suppliers and partners around the
world."
Improving Business Process, Insight and Customer Service
Because USA Technologies offers a diversified suite of networked devices
and associated wireless non-cash payment, control/access management, remote
monitoring and data reporting services, as well as energy management products,
the company needed a more efficient way to centralize and manage critical
information required to make strategic business decisions across multiple
product lines. Oracle provided USA Technologies a wholly integrated suite of
applications that will help the company to monitor, control and report on the
results of these distributed assets. Rapid implementation services of the
Oracle offering will also help USA Technologies realize a faster return on its
investment.
ThoughtDigital will help USA Technologies to enhance its financial
business processes with Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Accounts Payable, Oracle
Orders to Cash and Oracle Purchase Orders to Receipt, all part of the Oracle
E-Business Suite Special Edition offering. With these applications, USA
Technologies can benefit from a complete and accurate view of financial data
across departments for quicker reporting and more meaningful disclosure. In
addition, Oracle Internal Controls Manager will help the company reduce
corporate risks and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

Hi SA... Just wondering where you stand with the MM signals thing. I know a number of the guys - alarmguy2 for one - are pretty sure that this is all BS and are pretty vocal in saying so. I DK what to think, except I am tending to side on the urban myth side... you?
