$3.30 CTIX is my next target #3 as well, based upon the prior rally. With a couple mile markers along the way.

This assumes a nice clean break above the prior high at $2.47 and not a consolidation pattern. So far the parabolic trend-line is holding strong.

I wonder who was selling CTIX today? Nice 19 cent gain and a close at $2.04 for a 10.47% gain today.
