Last year when this all came up, I went into the New Jersey public records for attorney discipline and found where Kenneth P. Glynn's Law license was suspended in 2004. In late 2005 he apparently had some more legal problems because in the disciplinary actions it shows Kenneth P. Glynn disbarred by agreement. I will look again but it is there and is public record.
