Let me assure you that the company has not been engaged in any share restructuring. They have not initiated any dilution. The selling volume that you have seen is likely coming from a funding group that was paid in restricted shares earlier in the year. We expect that this will be a temporary challenge and will soon be over with. The fundamentals of the company remain strong. OPHI has been firm in its resolve to expand and take the necessary steps to grow the business. Our press release today is evidence that management is very proactive to increase sales and retail outlets. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your email.

I understand your concerns and I appreciate you sharing them with me. Our
goal has always been to be very responsible with regard to our share
structure. The purpose of our becoming a public company in the first place
was to raise capital to fund our expansion.

That said, our goal is to issue as few shares as possible to achieve our
expansion goals so that we can continue to increase the value of the company
and that of the shareholders.

In this economic climate it is harder than ever to build a business - it is
incredibly difficult - and it requires money to do so. Billy and I are
committed to the long term growth of this business and we sincerely believe
that we are doing what's best for the company every day we come to work. I
hope you can appreciate this and that you will continue to be a shareholder
- there are some great things on the horizon. If, however, you decide to
divest yourself from the company, then I thank you for your past support.
