VPERs problem is that it is a PR machine. They PR all kinds of exciting things but they never finish their projects. VPER has PRd 6 or 7 different things that were supposed to be HUGE and large money making deals just last year and never completed a single one of them. That is VPER's history as well. Even before Farid came on board, VPER was nothing more than a PR machine
