At this point it has not been determined how deeply the code was imbedded or how badly the website vistors where captured, or if CPST was actually damaged or lost proprietary technical data.
It is also not clear what CPST did or didn't do, but you're right, imo, that Jamison is going to have to explain the situation during the CC, if not sooner.
CPST has cutting edge technology in an emerging company in a developing energy market. It is not surprising that China sees CPST tech. as valuable enough to steal and perhaps copy.
China is the worst cyber attacker of America, even as China is buying in deeply in North American energy sources, and recently buying the failing fuel cell manufacturer in the US along with its new technology. Many were outraged that the US Government would let China grab it up.
But the USA does the same thing. I am thinking of the USA's recent, successful, cyber attack on the Iran nuclear facility. These things are the new reality, and a powerful new weapon.
