Wonder what the issues were that required further hearing? Gives time for settlement discussions at least. Cannot imagine the Cartel will allow those documents to be unsealed.

Another downside is this gives the FTC more reason to delay its appeal decision regardless of what Judge Whyte decides because Rambus has a motion to reopen the FTC record to admit the DOJ documents.
