the share structure is what concerns me, they just tripled the amount of A/S and the merger has been delayed again, no explanation except to say they are still working on it?. correct me if i am wrong, is this company 13 million in debt? if so, why would they do a press release claiming they just reduced debt by a whopping quarter of a million dollars. (talk about a drop in the bucket)
