Unless the the counties are willing to pay all the expenses of a processor, the permits, the site construction, etc. I would suggest that JBI will not place a processor in the Madison County area. Not enough plastic to support 1 processor let along 3 (which I believe their minimum cluster will be).

Counties could band together to support a processor......or entire states could get on board the JBII Plastic to Energy train.......z
