Joyce, my conclusions from reading the trustees decisions, statements and motiins, orders and announcements filed with sipa and available on the epiq website. Its a lot of reading and that's my interpretation of things presented.

Nothing to do but wait it out. Like Gus said, what's the hurry. Just passing time. No more nor less. Way way way more educated people than me on this process have their own ideas also. We dont really know till the end. And some will guess better and closer to the bulls eye.
