FACTS, PLEASE READ
1. THEY ARE A HOLDINGS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT OPERATE "HEAR AT LAST" STORES ANYMORE, THEY ARE IN A PARTNERSHIP WITH VITASOUND(minimal operating costs)
2. THEY RECIEVE 5% ROYALTY ON 22 STORES
3. VITASOUND(PHARAMACY HEARING CENTERS) OPERATES THE STORES

2. Commentary on the results
Since the sale of the active business and associated assets closed in February 2011, the Company now is in the business of recovering royalties from the purchaser of the business. Minimal administration costs are required to maintain this business model and no assets other than some minimal office equipment are required to maintain this business model.
The largest portion of management’s time at the moment is negotiating reasonable settlements on the various debt facilities that remain the Company’s responsibility.
In this quarter, the Company has recognized that a number of accruals that were held on the books from prior periods related to operational considerations and were no longer applicable. These accruals were written back into income this quarter and resulted in a negative Administrative Expense

MY OPINIONS: Vitasound is expanding to other locations and if any of them are Walmart stores (on top of the 22 already being run) then HRAL recieves royalty. This is all public info, not made up. The reason I like HRAL is because I think that Vitasound is going to expand into more Walmart locations giving HRAL more royalties, I feel that since 2011 Vitasound has cleaned up the debt the hearing stores incurred while being run by HRAL for several years. Any company that can just collect royalties and not have to incurr heavy operating costs is ok in my book. If we get stores in the US this could be really interesting. I know vitasound has over 60 Walgreens locations in the US already too, and are going public. HRAL gamble is worth it to me, people arent buying it because of the facts, this is speculation like 99% of all penny stocks.
