Details of the Settlement:

The 6.5 million unrestricted share settlement with Aquavest is as follows: Attorney Couchet will receive the shares tomorrow. He is authorized to distribute 1/2 or 3.25 million shares of tradable shares to Aquavest immediately. He will distribute the second half in forty five days. No restriction on trading.

The BIG Question is: WHEN will Aquavest start selling these 3.25MM shares that become tradeable tomorrow (at what time)? If they're smart, they'll let this news hit the market, and let the pps go much higher before they sell...From what I've heard, these folks aren't that bright...and I'm worried they'll try to dump all these shares ASAP...They do have some Massive legal fees to be paid...

I guess we find out the answer to this sometime this week...
I only have a small position (at around 1.20) now compared to the monstrous position I once had, and will be looking for Revenue PR's to come out for some Daytrading fun...Though I must admit that the pps could get volatile here in either direction...

I'll share more details once the Pacer system updates today's court action...
