Morning Rainmaker. Just 2nd post here. Has anyone else done any DD on Wilson Davis the MM Ax in WDDD? I think they need to be moved of the stock/opportunity. Wilson Davis was fined by FINA recently for selling unregistered stock...Google them (yes I am long Vringo and use Google all day) if they are a brokerage firm thier website is an absolute joke-really for a firm established in 1965-really. I truly believe the reason WDDD did not close much higher on 8x's the normal volume is because of Wilson Davis. I believe they inventory the stock.

I sent them an email because believe it or not they do not even have an after hours voice mail platform, email asked them a few questions, curious to see if they respond especially since I also stated a large Vringo community was looking to add to thier WDDD positions.

Lastly, I sent the Sussman law firm, specifically the NY branch an email to confirm that that office was on the WDDD Markman Hearing and to ask if it was a Standard Practice for the firm to do DD on the MM in a case like Worlds.Inc. It is commonly part of the firm's consignment compensation to receive shares in the company they are representing so if I am Sussman I want to make sure the MM is not a liability/hinderance when it comes to the potential outcome upside PPS...

When do you expect WDDD to begin taking off? What are your thoughts as to what the stock proce will be after these court hearings are met?
