I'm not surprised by this at all. Playboy wants the case in Cali but CIRC filed first so I would think the state of Illinois has jurisdiction. Playboy is trying to play dirty, imagine that! ;-) lolzzz

Playboy is only going to screw themselves with these tactics. IMO

Of course they are trying to scare Cirtran by suing them back!!! It's a trick by the richer company!!!!

The whole point of playbev/Circ suing playboy was because they tried to terminate contract , illegally, So if the judge sees it that way, then there is no trademark infringement ...imo
