Dear Jonathan S. Pasternak

I am a Atrinsic shareholder. Why we do not have a shareholder committee to represent us and can we get a committee to represent us? Will Atrinsic file the reorganization plan on February 9, 2013 or before?

Here is his answer.

The revised Plan will be filed in the next 2 weeks. The plan will provide for a redistribution of the existing shares to creditors and shareholders. Please feel free to follow up in the next few weeks.


At this point the case is resolved so there is no need for an equity committee.
