Who cares what TECO is doing because they obviously dont have a clue. The market doesnt care and its pretty obvious that this trend of failure will likely continue.
If TECO had anything they would flaunt it. They have yet to show any iota of anything that would turn the market sentiment to postive here.
TECO is drilling alright.. its shareholders. Who needs oil when you have shareholders with deep pockets you can drill laterally.
