MedVed will give it to you with just your Ameritrade log in...
I haven't used MedVed in a long time, but that's the way it used to be...Shoot them an email...Mike (the Owner) will probably show up here to explain it if you do...He usually does...

Mikeisme - if you do not have L II enabled on your Ameritrade account, you can still view ECN Books with either Ameritrade as the source, or ISLAND or ARCHIPELAGO individually.
