ARCA has been hanging around on the ask for days, looks like they may be almost finished. Then we have VERT at .0335 showing 500K.

as i mentioned before, there has been over 30M shares sold since stock dipped below a nickel a month or so ago and pps has just slowly dropped to the next penny level..4's, then 3's and looks like 2's are next?...has to be a basement at some point?
groups like Chardan who fund companies with small loans will have small blocks of stock issued from their debentures and when those run out and pps has been driven down they convert some more but at lower price ie more shares...so who knows when they run out...well we know they have a bunch more coming due next couple months so looks like I answered my own question...not anytime soon!
Then add in the others that are owed and they don't want to be left holding the bag.... we need sales, real news of some sort to stop the bleeding...when i see floor i will get back in as it is a great product and surely Conboy hasn't pissed off everyone!
