We all got snookered. Certainly not the first time for me and no doubt neither the last. It was the product presentation and all the puffery that sucked me in. But I have other ones in my history where the sucking sound drones out anything I am hearing in regards to my TIVU position. Those are from before I put in some hard and fast rules about just how much I would allow that sucking sound to suck out of my portfolio. An $800 loss is manageable and only 20% off of my max for this kind of fishing. So that shows that I did have some confidence in our sleezy little con ASK paper hanger. It was a long shot and I knew it, but I just didn't really think that he would have been quite so slimy. LOL

We never have enough information in these markets to know much beyond the standard fair of rhetoric. Look at Zuckerberg and all those "BIG BOYS" that got sucked into near 50% losses as greed drove them crazy. Just count your blessings that you weren't either able too or willing to fall for that 100X valuation IPO. Oh my!

The picture Shiva Prakash painted was very pretty. Perhaps he even believed it himself. I watch that last video of him though and I kind of wondered how often he may have gotten out of his pajamas and brushed his teeth. Actually if you watch it a couple times it appears as a satirical comedy. But that is the nature of the game we play with so many losers and scammers lurking about. I'd suggest not beating yourself up about it too hard and just try to learn from it what you may and work on your game. This is a tough game we play. Think about where you may possibly find your profits. Think hard on it. And I wish you every success in putting the Shiva effect behind you.

I'll help you feel MUCH better... I lost over $5,500 and have been in this for years. I dream of a time-machine to go back to last march/april to get out and walk away.

Been investing/trading for over 20yrs, even after I gave up on the original reasons i picked and believed in a man from india with a solid tech idea to make some $$$, i still figured they would do a real run to exit the doors and leave the bagholders.

i dont mean the run last spring,it was nice but, i have seen many run for reason from .0003-ish to over .25cents figured we would at least get even .01/.02 let alone a quarter.

shiva has really deteriorated my faith and respect in indian people. i never knew them to be malicious, devious, lazy, unprofessional, well... the list goes on. at any rate, it's all academic now.

looks to be over for us. i got a voice-mail from broker that shares are restricted and can't trade for now... "if ever".

nope. murphy's law.

watch out shiva. hope YOU burn where you really belong.
