Given the law firms that Kennay has dredged up so far, I'm sure he could find one that would take the case. And lose it. They'll file ANYTHING, just like his "accountants." But he's running out of a way to pay them. Just a few more downticks, and Kennay will be out of business.
But I don't feel sorry for him. To give him credit where credit is due, though, even though he is doomed by his innate stupidity to go down in history as a relatively small-time crook, he has at least taught a few people not to buy and hold stinky pinkie scam stocks. I hope.
