Sundrop currently has no interest in the KDS inspite of owning patents that incorporate the use of the KDS. They prefer the chemical and enzyme breakdown systems better that they have more
experience with. Volume I believe is one of many factors.

Brian and Andy have tried to convince them that it is a mistake to
not use the KDS. I am not heard anything lately. Last time I asked about it they were trying to open talks. The people they were working with are no longer with Sundrop.

TRCPA - It would appear the SunDrops is getting the last piece(s) of real estate needed to complete the land area needed for the plant. They are just a smidge off track for when the project was supposed to have started, but it seems to be moving forward.

I know the big money that moved in on SunDrops has their own equipment they want to use. Just the same, SunDrops has been pretty steadfast they want to move forward with their own proprietary process, which calls for using the KDS. Who knows when that might happen (or if), but I will keep checking back on whatever progress they make.

Thanks for posting the new info. This latest piece of property seems to have had quite the checkered past. Hopefully it works out better for SunDrops!
