#19118 RE: 1iftrue #19114

It's pretty clear if you look back to about a month ago and read the postings that the recent increases in volume has attracted a crowd of diverse intentions like a bright light brings all sorts of insects. Some of them might do some good, most are a pestilence.

All in all, people who have invested sizable amounts will not be affected by unfounded ramblings (eddie... it's tough giving you benefit of the doubt when you make posts about dilution that Dr.Feelgood aptly replied to). Those of you who are so easily swayed by non-sense likely don't have much $ left to invest and so I doubt your positions will affect much anything. Unfortunately, just as one insect is a minor annoyance, a thousand are a burden. Thus far I believe the investors in CTIX will not be easily shaken.

The current drop in share price, imo, is not due to an attack. Indeed there was very fishy activity that requires looking into (I agree with the CEO's course of action regarding the e-mail). But fishy activity can just as well be somewhat coincidental or in preparation for the inevitable correction that was due.

I was previously wrong in my post wherein I stated a hard correction is not going to happen soon. I was under the spell of my first time riding a wave like this one. In hindsight, none of the correction levels I am currently seeing are out of place.

The nature of the market is unpredictable, the best we can do is survive the unexpected. I see a lot of talk about all sorts of potential excuses for the price drop... from market maker shenanigans to short attacks to unauthorized transactions to the company being bogus to the CEO being behind the price drop. Each of these is as ridiculous as the one before it. Not because they can't be true, but because we can never know the extent to what any activity by anyone has affected the share price.

Every unsubstantiated truth (all of the above mentioned) is simply an excuse to safely (aka dangerously) latch on to something for comfort. Be better than lying to yourself for comfort. The only truth we have is the chart, clinical trials, and someone's family or friend suffering from cancer. The rest is irrelevant details.

Talk all you guys want, I am not arguing against that. But just know when you're reading words that are stuffing to fill the void of silence. An insurmountable confidence often lies in silence... perhaps it's alright if we don't fill it with raucous noise.
