I do it for two reasons. One because it's a great way for me to keep track of all the info I find. The other reason is I knew one day someone would check and see if this company has a message board. If they saw nothing than they would probably move on but if they saw someone posting repeatedly for seemly no audience they might read through it and take an interest.
