That may not be dumping
at all by any shareholder, including the CEOs.
Since there are millions & millions of KATX IOUs, who knows what is what these days ?
pps based on IOUs are absurd, and rediculous.
Naked Shorting is the #ONE aim for the SEC to go after.
That's why New SEC Rules are put into effect on 11-30-2012.
