Is it worth buying a house in FL? What can you get for like 300k or under? I do have friends who bought investment propertiies in Miami and Boca/deerfield areas. Do you think at some point the ocean will rise and swallow FL in global warming? I am not joking...that is why i dont like buying in the east coast either and have 2 properties in IL....I do have my original home in LA though...go figure..devil
