If the SEC does their job I do not think you will like what it reveals. Gene is not stupid. He knew what was happening so he was part of the stock action that was wiping us out. He would not have needed to do this if we had business and revenue. All we really had was false claims from Gene and others who Gene mislead and apparently still is as we still have believers here. Gene must have be very broke to dump shares so cheaply and not tell anyone about it. And them blame it on shorters or others.
good thing the SEC is doing it's job. how else would we have found out about genes dillution of common stock? good chance YOU own some of those discounted shares.
