I cannot allow that type of comment to go unaddressed. The stock is at .01, is late on its financuials and hasn't issued investor guidance for three years and counting. You lecture and say call the company. I did and was told "it is what is". I have had many different experiences with microcap CEOs but none that standoffish. I guess in the cheerleaders eyes that is my problem, asking for guidance which Mr. Nichols appears to steadfastly refuse to offer to existing shareholders. Potential investors will not likely ever notice this miniscule company, as no effort is made to reach any potential investoprs, and they certainly are not going to flock to a non rpeorting, .01 stock, with no sales of any consequence...

Please hold the condescending attitude toward detractors as this investor believes there are many questionable practices under the current CEO...few if any of which benefit the share price of a supoposed public company.
