My bet is on them knowing
what they are doing and what they need to do.
But you are correct IMO on the website. Could
be valid reasons for this delay. Hate the old
excuse that Rome wasn't built in a day, but.

I'll agree with you on the website. It looks like something I put together in the 5th grade along with my Ken Griffey Jr. website I designed. Hopefully, somebody in marketing grows a brain and spends a mere couple grand to clean that mess up.

Not wanted I wanted to hear about Mr. Hayes. Especially disheartening if you put in your (hypothetical) request for ordering MPDDs. Hopefully they get some more business minded folks in there to help with some of these basic issues. Looks like they have the med/design team headed in the right direction, but they don't appear to be very business savvy. PWC should jump in to help at some point if the numbnuts can't figure it out.

Aow, shivvyman... You read one guy saying something on a message board and you draw the conclusion that they are not very business-savvy ? Come one.

These guys have a lot of expertise. And do you think they do not know that some "clever" ones will pretend they are doctors to get some info on the preorder process ? Do you believe they put the following on the pre-order page of the website just for fun :

Please include a digital scan of your professional license along with all your contact information, including practice specialty, name of your practice, street address and phone contact information.

And the website is allright, imo. Or, to be more precise, it's on par with many corporate websites out there (most suck)
