Back in the day 2011 the company sourced the farmed salom from marine harvest and coastal seafoods USA then baked them for retail sale.Now it is possible that fresh salom is being smoked and sold though Mary Ann's Specialty Foods the home of eddies 4 million dollar smoker oven that he pawnd to the SMKY Asset Fund for 250,000 dollars back in the summer of 2011.
