as I understand it the new board member is also a manager of a hedge fund..

that is evidence that someone (probably them) has been accumulating large amounts of stocks.

Dan was also the last of the chicken little that had any credibility.

when the last man stops saying the sky is falling then you know its not gonna fall.

I hear you, could be just the notion of settlement in the air. This will move prior to any news, of that you can be certain. If it keeps going up with very little back-peddling, I suspect you are right. Good Luck to you, Joe
