Unfortunately, we as external shareholders won't know his true motivation for selling the shares unless he tells us directly. Other than that, we can only go on what we sniff out.

So far, what I have found leads me to believe PSID will significantly increase in value.

Maybe he just needs the money, NOW! Can't wait for future higher returns because of his own financial situation, good or bad, and selling now, more than likely- bad!

Reading anymore into his motives than that, is just speculative and probably not going to mean anything to anyone, as like I do now, considering a "Dark-Side" of psid interworkings. lol
