Just trying to be realistic. Startup of a new process and a new plant takes time. More time than I typically allocate before I start getting fidgety.

So, though I think this is a home run and perfect game combo, I want to make sure I give it enough time to develop. The SGA plant feasibility study is due in 2013 and if Rusal or Nalco signup, we should be on our way.
