Only good things. The shares are restricted for a year. Will be unrestricted July 2013, where in the pps will be north of .10 and EPGL will be on the OTCQX

When they do become unrestricted, they have no intentions of dumping the shares.

We will only entertain 3rd party private investments if the end result is an appreciated return on investment for shareholders.
