Anyone can buy these shares at anytime. No order is too big or too small. This has been proven time and time again.

Bid wasn't ever "closed." Investors quit "slapping the ask" and that in turn caused the pps and the ask to drop to .0001, it's just that simple.

More willing to sell even at .0001 than are willing to continue "slapping the ask" even at .0001.

Not enough buyers to buy all the .0001s that others are willing to sell at so there ends up being "no bid" with an "ask" of .0001.

It's called "supply and demand" and there are many products that the price of it is based on supply and demand, pretty simple concept.
