Possibility thinking turns your scenario around completely. Think of all the good things that could happen for shareholders instead. If going dark with a mere 55,000 share public float saves the company $250,000 and the company decided to distribute those funds in cash to shareholders that would make for one sweet dividend! Go TEVE!!!
Management and/or Mr Lenfest's shares could be excluded from receiving that dividend if that was part of the vote by the Directors.
