their goal, intentions, job is to get someone to buy @ .0002
the .0002 buyers goal, intentions, job is to sell it to someone higher on the food chain!

right now we are at Level 4 of the Multi_Level_Marketing Tower

This is true for most stocks


and there is alwasy a bottom buyer and a TOP bag holder
