Boner has broken his promise to bring the Senate bill, as is, to a vote -- House wingbutts/teabuggers/bagnuts are preparing further spending cut amendments to add to the bill before any (at that point, of course, absolutely meaningless) House vote

the Senate will not reconvene before the new session -- we're going into the 113th Congress without a deal -- among other things, overnight futures are gonna be a fun ride
