You are absolutely correct in what you say and so is Black8 in what he says.
I agree that you have to include all of the O/S in an actual valuation of the company. They will not be restricted forever, but I hope for at least another 6 months they are. Does anyone know for sure when they become unrestricted. That will be a bad day.
