That is False as of the last FTD Report DHSM has zeroed out again on the final day of the report, 14 December 2012 there were 0 FTDs. The last FTD reported was on the 13th and that was:

Wow a whole 6382 shares, far from millions and worse yet now there are 0 FTDs, so really far from millions of shares... lol
