Thanks for posting the new Pacer. Kudoes to VRNG legal team for not buckling into GOOG's unfair demands. VRNG is doing a great job of dealing with GOOG. My guess is the judge see this the same way and rules to not extend or delay this any further. Interesting to note that there have been no settlement talks between GOOG and VRNG as some had suggested, including myself. Looks like GOOG is using some very poor choices in trying to delay this and will likely be slammed by the judge. Jan. 25th looms large. Does this also look like all the motions have been delayed until Jan 25th or thereafter?? And that we should not expect anything for news until after Jan.??
