Why would they kick them out for not producing oil? They're under contract to drill 9 wells in 3yrs regardless. However the clocks ticking and 3yrs is almost up for the contract to end.

STEEDE I'll try to answer this, TECO is a hard working
Company that is turning the drill bit. If they can continue
on sooner or later TECO will strike it, most know this.
TECO has been working with Belize on many fronts with good
public success. TECO, like any Company will make mistakes.
TECO has worked out mistakes with Belize GOB. I feel Belize
is satisfied that TECO is now a true working partner to Belize.
Belize has said to TECO "you will follow our rules" and TECO
has complied.
If the truth is known Belize will be proud of TECO in their
country as the good guest that they are.
