Got a response from TDAmeritrade.

Basically, the NEW shares have not been released by the company.
"I wonder why, Hopefully those that are trading will push it up!

Sometimes it takes a few hours or most likely will be in the account by the end of day or wednesday. The "D" will come off after 20 business days.

No cash dividend, just a reversal.
