Joe, I wouldn't rule out liquid cooling either. Even though the concept has become somewhat of a dirty word for consumers, I believe the right solution that is designed to be reliable, quiet, and inexpensive could catch on very quickly. Liquid cooling should also be able to address CPUs upwards of 150W TDP.
