Anything added to motorized vehicles that affects the emission controls which are set by the Feds(even though individual states can have tougher ones)would need EPA approval to make sure that the emission standards set are not affected for the worse.

Seems like an email from the EPA was posted about that, but has been buried by all the hype.

Personally I don't care, I'm just here for the laughs because like I said if this was real it would have already been scooped up by the oil companies, automotive industry or a joint effort like they did back in the past when the "Wankel engine" was created.

Rumors back then claimed that as soon as the patent was bought from the designer's widow it was shelved because it worked too well, developed more horsepower per cubic inch and got better gas mileage.

Like I said, I'm just here for the laughs of reading all the "DD" and really don't care what HLNT does, but time will tell, it always does.

Again, if this was real, after 3 years of "successful testing" it would have already been scooped up and be in production with sales by somebody and probably sponsored by the feds to help with "independence from foreign oil."

Who said they needed EPA Approval? The EPA!
See the post about bolt-ons.
