I'm always down for a good conspiracy theory.. but in the forefront of it all is that GS just employs only the best in the industry, so they also move on to top positions. But hey, NWO is not really a conspiracy any more, but at the same notion I think the darker cloud surrounding it will become clearer. Economic evolution naturally would lead us to some sort of global think-tank.
