I found this:

Scott Miller, President and CEO. Previously general partner, Beacon Capital Partners (1997-2004) and director of investment banking, HD Brous & Co. (1994-1997).

From a PDF of their Certification of Consolidated Financial Statements (THIS STATEMENT HAS NOT BEEN FILED WITH THE NASD OR ANY OTHER REGULATORY AGENCY). Although it is dated "for the period ended December 31, 2005", clearly the date is in error and the period should have been stated December 31, 2004. If you haven't seen it, check it out (but try to ignore various grammatical errors ... LOL):

No Phil that is not him. That Scott miller is a designer of golf courses. I thought the same thing a while back when I found out GEIV had something to do with the golf industry
