By right a company calls for a share holders meeting, and the share holders are supposed to approve such a procedure as a reverse split. There's a minimum price bid of a 1.00 per share for the Nasdaq Capitol Market, who knows. They may have recieved a delisting determination letter by the looks of the stocks performance. What ever, we'll find out tomorrow morning how bad or good this turns out. I'm pissed, all my shares are gonna be gone. Who cares if they go up to a dollar, my share count is'nt going to amount to a piss hole in the snow after this.
