They license the rights to manufacture their brand Dixie Elixirs out to another company, Left Bank LLC DBA Dixie Elixirs (Tripps Company) to manufacture and sell the products through their subsidiary Red Dice Holdings a partnership between Left Bank LLC and MJNA.) Left Bank LLC pays Royalties to Red Dice, MJNA gets 60% of the profits from Red Dice LLC.

MJNA owns the Brand and intellectual property of Dixie Elixirs


And also, that is why their expenses are so little, most of the expenses are at the subsidiary level.
