$5.00 under the new structure, after a 25-1 reverse split and after the 100 to 1 dilution effect of the common shares issued to Blech and SMDI is equivalent to $0.002/share under the old share structure.

You do realize that 5 dollars under a new structure is the equivalent of around 20 cents under the current/old share structure.Still good, but I think we were hoping for a lot more.

and we don't know what the new structure is or will be

and yes we were hoping for lots more you have that right !

my point is we will be OK given the sport and the demand for it and the ties proelite has ,the share structure is what it is and at this point we don't know what is going on with it and the 10Q can change

and remember how this went from .02 to .60 ....it will do it again

lets 2013 be the year
