W2 audits nothing. They stopped doing Audited Financials years ago when they Delisted. 2009 I believe.

If it was Audited, they'd post a 10Q/A instead of Quarterly Financials.

This way they can not be held to the highest standard.



If this posts multiple times I apologize. The last one did 3 times. Totally unintentional, probably due to system maintenance.
